How do I download a tracker from iBridge?

To download a tracker from iBridge, please follow the step-by-step guide below:


1. Select Tracker Type:

   - Begin by choosing the tracker type, either Operational or BGV (Background Verification).

   - Next, select the specific tracker that you wish to download.


2. Choose Download Option:

   - By default, the 'download tracker' radio button will be selected.


3. Filter Data (Optional):

   - Click on the 'generate by' dropdown to proceed. If you want to filter the data based on specific dates, you can choose from the following options:

     - Initiation Date: iBridge initiation date

     - Submission Date: Date when the case migrated for verification

     - Completion Date: BGV completion date

   - Additionally, you can apply other filters such as date range, package, check name, check status, and check severity.


4. Email Report (Optional):

   - If you prefer to receive the tracker via email, utilize the 'Email report' option.

   - To include other recipients, click 'To myself and others/Add CC' and enter the email addresses separated by a comma. By default, it will be emailed to you.


5. Generate Report:

   - Click the 'Generate' button to initiate the report generation process.


6. Retrieve the Tracker:

   - Once the report is generated, you will receive the tracker in your email inbox.


7. Check Request Status:

   - To monitor the status of your request, visit the 'Recently Generated Reports' section on the Trackers page.

   - Refresh your browser to view the current status of the request.


Note: iBridge trackers will contain details of cases initiated from 2021 onwards. If you encounter any issues or have further questions, please reach out to our customer support for assistance.
