Operational Trackers play a crucial role in managing document collection process for BGV of the candidates. These trackers contain valuable information about candidates for whom BGV is yet to be initiated. In the current system, there are four types of Operational Trackers. Let's explore each type in detail:

  1. Pending Forms:
    • The Pending Forms tracker is a repository of information of candidates who have received a link to fill out necessary forms. However, the process is currently pending, awaiting completion by the candidate. This tracker serves as a convenient reference point for tracking the progress of form submissions.
  2. Login Expired:
    • Candidates falling under the Login Expired tracker are those whose login credentials have expired. This tracker helps in identifying individuals who need assistance with reactivating their login details, ensuring a smooth and timely progression through the BGV process.
  3. Sign-Off Pending Case:
    • The Sign-Off Pending Case tracker is dedicated to candidates for whom the sign-off is pending from the client side. This tracker helps the HR in identifying the cases that are awaiting their sign-off for initiation.
  4. Operational Consolidated Tracker:
    • This tracker provides a comprehensive overview that consolidates information from the three aforementioned trackers. It serves as a centralized source, providing a holistic view of the document collection process of all candidates. This consolidated tracker is especially beneficial for gaining insights into the overall progress and identifying any bottlenecks in the BGV workflow.

In conclusion, Operational Trackers are instrumental in efficiently managing and organizing the BGV process. By utilizing these trackers, organizations can ensure that the background verification process progresses smoothly and that any outstanding tasks are promptly addressed.
